• Personnel, professional and organizational leadership of 3 direct reports with a total of 15 employees
• Supporting area and regional sales managers
• Analyzing sales data, returns, defects and special incidents to support decision-making
• Preparing documents and aids for the LANDI purchasing fair
• Leading projects/subprojects and participating as an active member in various projects
• Representing the head of sales in their absence

• Education and training in sales, marketing and/or administration
• Leadership experience and practical experience in retail
• Confident German skills and target group-oriented communication skills; French skills for simple conversations
• High self- and social competence as well as a convincing, beneficial, empathetic and team-oriented personality
