Job description:
- Attentive, friendly, and sympathetic greeting and care of our national and international clients
- Professional, discreet accompaniment of clients and service in the client areas
- Impeccable presentation of the reception area and client zones
- Reservation and monitoring of client rooms & assistance with video conferences
- Support with event organization
- Various administrative office management tasks (orders for F&B and office supplies, mail handling, internal invoice processing, employee support)
- Professional operation of the telephone switchboard
- Cash desk responsibility (cash deposits and withdrawals as well as transaction bookings)
- Accounting of internal invoices
- Taking over and supporting maintenance and logistics for the office premises as well as accompanying external stakeholders and partners in the premises
- Taking over responsibilities regarding site security and access management
Requirements profile:
- Completed training in the hotel or gastronomy industry or banking or commercial field as well as several years of professional experience with solid specialized knowledge
- Confident in German, English, French is an advantage
- Proficient in handling MS Office applications
- Strong team player with high service, customer, and service orientation as well as flexible commitment towards internal and external stakeholders
- Quick comprehension, efficient and reliable working style
- Integrity, resilience, flexibility, and a winning personality with a neat appearance and good manners
