Our Online Marketing Traineeship with a focus on Search Engine Optimization is the ideal start to a career in this exciting and rapidly growing industry! You are involved from the very beginning and receive comprehensive training from us with the goal of strengthening our team as a full-fledged Consultant SEO & UX after completing the traineeship.

You will learn with us…

• the tools of successful search engine optimization
• the understanding of user behavior, UX principles, and methods
• the further development of search in relation to AI
• how to effectively optimize a website to bring your customers to the top on Google and in LLMs.
• how to analyze customer websites technically, content-wise, and based on user experience as well as their markets
• how to evaluate performance data and develop SEO & UX strategies
• everything about client relationship and project management from experienced consultants.

After 6 months of intensive training, you will be able to competently manage your own clients and projects. The traineeship with a focus on Search Engine Optimization & User Experience lasts 6 months and you earn CHF 3,600.- gross per month during the traineeship. After 6 months of training, there is the possibility to convert your contract into a permanent position as an Associate Consultant.

You… 

• are online-savvy – the passion for digital trends and technical developments drives you
• have a completed Bachelor and/or Master’s degree or equivalent
• can also call yourself a language and writing talent and are not afraid of statistics and numbers
• own online activities (blog, own website, etc.) or experience in search engine marketing & UX are not a requirement but will put you directly in pole position
• like to take responsibility, can think in networks, show initiative, and contribute your own ideas
