As part of your duties, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Performing professional service in compliance with quality standards
- Receiving, handling, and forwarding complaints
- Responsibility for proper invoicing and correct billing if authorized
- Preparation of events, especially setting up tables and chairs, laying tables, and performing mise en place
- Ensuring house-specific and legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in upscale hospitality desirable
- Openness, professional appearance, and a well-groomed appearance
- Enjoyment in dealing with international guests
