Tasks
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of ski and bike equipment.
- Support customers in our rental shops across Flims, Laax, and Falera.
- Work in our workshop for bike and ski servicing during winter and summer.
Skills
- Experience in workshop or rental shop preferred; training provided.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

The Weisse Arena Group is an integrated service company in the field of tourism and leisure. We see ourselves as providers of alpine leisure experiences. The group includes a cable car and ski lift company, hotel and catering businesses, a sports equipment sales and rental service, a ski and snowboard school, as well as an administrative company. In addition, the Weisse Arena Group is responsible for marketing the Flims Laax Falera tourism destination.
Weisse Arena Leisure AG is a subsidiary of the Weisse Arena Group, Laax. In winter, we rent and sell ski and snowboard equipment. The five LAAX Rental Shops and a Burton Store are spread throughout the ski area, at the valley stations in Flims, Laax, and Falera, as well as at the mountain stations Crap Sogn Gion and Plaun. In summer, the LAAX Rental Flims becomes the TREK Testcenter, where freeride, cross-country, downhill, electric, and kids' bikes can be rented or purchased. In our own workshop, rental items are not only maintained, but our guests can also have their private bicycles, skis, and snowboards serviced and repaired.
For the winter season 25/26, we are immediately looking for reinforcement in the workshop for the following part-time position:
60 - 80%
