Your main tasks:

• Leadership and deployment planning of cleaning staff 
• Conducting quality controls in various properties 
• Contact person for customer concerns 
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards 
• Organization of material orders and deliveries 
• Training of new cleaning staff 

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in cleaning is mandatory (leadership experience is an advantage) 
• Good German skills (written and spoken) 
• Neat appearance and friendly manners
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Impeccable reputation 
• Driver's license category B.
