Your tasks
- Processing personnel administration (creating employment contracts, checking and applying for permits, creating sickness and accident reports, registrations for maternity and child allowances, creating employer certificates, interim and work references, creating termination letters, etc.)
- Monthly hour controls of operational employees
- Contact person for operational employees on general personnel matters
- General administrative tasks
- Responsibility for reception and telephone as well as handling mail
Your profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in personnel management, ideally as a personnel assistant or personnel clerk
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, Abacus and Planon
- High personal responsibility as well as precise and clean working method
- Flexible, team-oriented and reliable personality
