As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the full culinary operation across:
Living Room Bar
The Brasserie 1519
In-Room Dining
Banquets & Events
Main Responsibilities
Support the planning, organization, and execution of kitchen operations across all outlets.
Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards, including full adherence to HACCP requirements.
Maintain the highest quality standards of food preparation, with a focus on fresh, seasonal products.
Optimize operations to balance profitability with excellence.
Train, coach, and inspire culinary talents to consistently deliver exceptional results and uphold service standards.
Act as a leader in the kitchen, ensuring smooth communication and teamwork.
Profile
Previous experience as a Sous Chef (or similar leadership role) in a 5-star luxury hotel.
A natural leader who inspires and motivates the team.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about culinary excellence.
Strong sense of creativity and innovation, with a real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance – aligned with the W brand DNA.
Proven organizational and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
Long term contract starting the 15th November 2025.
