Job Description
Under the supervision of the team leader dietitian, you will ensure the care of acute care patients, particularly in outpatient oncology.
You actively participate in various clinical and functional meetings, ensuring nutritional care according to the criteria of the nutritional care process.
You maintain patient follow-up and nutritional diagnoses, contributing to the harmonization of nutritional care by applying Evidence Based Medicine and recommendations from expert societies.
You are actively involved in the prevention of oncological cachexia and protein-energy malnutrition related to these pathologies and their treatments.
You lead workshops/courses for various health professionals and collaborate with the multidisciplinary oncology specialized team.
You provide replacement for colleagues in other acute care units as needed, including for inpatient care.
You contribute to the training of students and health professionals.
Qualifications
You are a certified dietitian with a HES diploma or Red Cross equivalence.
You are proficient with computer tools.
Knowledge of English is required.
You master indirect calorimetry (IC) measurements and body composition measurements by bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA).
