What you can achieve
- You support the Key Account Managers with administrative tasks and relieve them in daily business.
- You create simulations, billing, and allocations for the specialists.
- You manage and optimize customer-related item controlling and create statistics, reports, and analyses.
- You ensure the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments.
- You are the contact point for urgent customer inquiries and ensure telephone availability.
- You actively work on projects and support the optimization of processes (CRM, BI tools, filing structure).
- You take on the role of Key User for the BI tool Qlik and are the first contact person for questions and problems.
- You create new queries, answer technical questions, and prepare training materials.
- You additionally take on the Key User role in the area of customer & partner management / price simulation.
What you bring with you
- You have completed commercial training and have several years of professional experience.
- You are familiar with sales processes and can deal with various stakeholders.
- You have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and master advanced functions.
- You have an affinity for structured work.
- You are an administrative and analytical all-rounder with a high customer orientation.
- You have flawless, confident German in spoken and written form and good oral French skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- You have an independent, precise, and structured way of working, conceptual skills, and a high IT affinity.
- You are networked, think strategically, and work independently.
- You enjoy numbers, analyses, and customer contact.
- You are a team player, flexible, and always act customer-oriented.
