Within our Corporate Services unit, we are recruiting our future Receptionist, Security and Logistics Officer based in Lausanne.
YOUR MISSION:
Reception and Front Desk
- Ensure a professional welcome to clients, reflecting the Bank's image while respecting reception procedures
- Manage reservations, maintain client reception lounges and service
- Organize and follow up on internal meals
- Support during events
- Manage badges and access control
- Handle telephone calls (switchboard) and incoming emails
Cash Desk
- Manage the cash desk, responsible for the counter (deposits, withdrawals, and transaction recordings)
Logistics
- Manage deliveries, mail, supplies, and other provisions.
- Coordinate technical interventions (maintenance, cleaning, etc.).
- Ensure monitoring of equipment and common areas.
- Manage internal invoices
Security
- Ensure compliance with internal security instructions
- Collaborate with security providers and internal services.
- Participate in managing emergency situations (evacuations, first aid, alarm management, etc.).
Security and logistics support for the Vevey, Fribourg, and Verbier offices.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Commercial employee CFC training or equivalent and several years of similar experience
- Knowledge of the banking sector is a strong asset and solid professional experience in luxury hospitality
- Perfect command of French and English; other languages are an asset
- Knowledge of office tools (MS Office) and security systems is an asset
- Team spirit, service orientation and client focus, versatility and flexibility
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to manage priorities independently
- Excellent presentation, courtesy, and discretion
- Residence in Switzerland (Lausanne region)
