Within the interdisciplinary team, we actively shape a secure future for adults, families, children, and adolescents in need of protection.
For APMA Graubünden, we are looking for a Head of Finance, Controlling and Services (job-sharing possible) starting April 1, 2026, or by agreement.
- Management of the APMA Graubünden secretariat
- Handling various administrative activities (including finance and personnel service)
- Organization and preparation of minutes for management meetings
- Management and supervision of finances and accounting (annual closing, controlling, budget, financial planning, invoicing, management of financial matters with the Finance Administration, financial control, etc.)
- Implementation of the internal control system (ICS)
- Support of APMA branch offices in financial matters
- APMA reporting for management or external services
- Management of the APMA website and organization of events
- Responsibility or collaboration on projects (e.g., reorganization of document structure)
- Assumption of other tasks according to the directives of the superior body as well as support for the superior body
- ICT power user of the service (first-level support)
- Professional training with a diploma in the commercial sector or equivalent training and advanced professional training or diploma from a specialized school
- Knowledge in managing a secretariat (administration, accounting)
- Several years of professional experience in finance
- Excellent IT skills
- Analytical thinking and excellent oral and written communication skills in German
- Strong sense of responsibility as well as precise and independent working method
- You are a perceptive person, capable of working in a team and with a strong service orientation
