These tasks await you:

Overall responsibility for the IT department of the Noventa Group

Designing the strategic direction as well as selecting and deploying competitive technologies

Analyzing business processes and implementing suitable IT solutions

Maintaining and further developing the ERP systems as well as being responsible for application management

Ensuring smooth IT operations through proactive monitoring, error analysis, and troubleshooting

Developing and implementing IT security policies and measures

Managing and monitoring external IT service providers and partners

Actively participating in daily operations, including acting as a deputy within the IT team

What distinguishes you:

Completed vocational training, supplemented by a higher professional qualification (HF, FH, Uni) in the field of computer science

Several years of experience in a comparable role with complex processes and system landscapes

High sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and a structured working style

Team-oriented combined with a hands-on mentality and quick comprehension

Fluent in German and English
