For the 2026 intake, the central warehouse team is looking for their future logistician apprentice with a storage orientation CFC.
Job description
As a logistician apprentice with a distribution orientation, you take charge of and distribute shipments of all kinds. You respond to customers and travel across all HUG hospital sites in the canton.
The internal mail service is constantly looking for new solutions adapted to the needs of its clients.
Your role is central in providing these services.
An assignment to the HUG central warehouse service complements this training with a wide variety of activities.
The apprenticeship lasts three years. In mail distribution, you work as part of a team and discover different distribution locations within the University Hospitals of Geneva.
You also follow forklift operator training.
During the three years of training, you have the opportunity to work in every sector of hospital logistics, allowing you to apply your skills in varied environments. You thus become familiar with different communities of practice and life. The internal rotation offers you rich and diverse experiences, enabling you to develop your skills and strengthen your employability.
Qualifications
You have successfully completed your compulsory schooling and are looking for a logistician apprenticeship with a distribution orientation CFC.
Your communication skills and ease in interpersonal relations facilitate teamwork.
You manage your stress in difficult situations and seek help if necessary.
Your methodical mindset, good physical condition, and visual acuity allow you to provide adapted service.
You have an interest in the hospital environment and are ready to commit to a professional training alternating company work, practical courses, and theoretical lessons at school?
