- Experience in specialist and personnel management

- Deputy municipal clerk
- Team leader of the specialists and clerks of the resident services
- Specialist management and operational work of the resident services including quality assurance of services and processes as well as external communication with a focus on the village newspaper (Dorfspatz).
- Administration of the resident register including applications and processing of foreigner IDs, processing of sedex notifications and GWR imports as well as mutations and creation of mutation lists
- Subproject manager for process optimization and digitalization of resident services
- Management of the AHV municipal branch office, the health insurance control office, and the dog control including adaptation to new legislation and case management
- Responsible for data protection including the new setup of the data protection regulations
