For the Performance & Talent team of our Human Resources department, we are looking for an intern at 80-100% for a start immediately or to be agreed upon for a duration of 6 months.
Within this team, you provide crucial operational support to the cultural transformation and talent development of the company.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Actively contribute to the deployment of Vaudoise's 2026 Performance, Talent, Culture & Leadership strategy by ensuring the smooth running of events, monitoring actions and costs, and supporting project managers
- Participate in the cultural evolution of Vaudoise by supporting initiatives that engage teams towards more agility and collective performance
- Assist in preparing communication materials and training resources (slides, FAQ, internal news…)
- Collaborate in the preparation and facilitation of workshops (setup, support to facilitators, collection of participant feedback)
- Help update and distribute frameworks (culture, leadership, managerial skills) and associated materials
- Participate in the collection, consolidation, and analysis of data (culture surveys, program feedback, event participation)
- Contribute to the life of internal communities (managers, cultural ambassadors, mentors, etc.) through organizing meetings and sharing best practices
- Provide general administrative support to projects (monitoring, coordination, updating files, preparing summary documents)
Your profile:
- You are currently enrolled in an academic program closely related to Human Resources, management, communication, or social sciences (Bachelor/Master)
- You are organized, comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, and collaborative tools
- You have a strong interest in corporate culture and leadership
- You are creative and have a good command of Microsoft 365 tools
- You have excellent oral and written skills in French and ideally in German
- You appreciate teamwork
