Your tasks

• Deputizing the Head of Technology in operational and organizational daily business
• Ensuring availability and operational safety of production facilities
• Planning, coordinating, and carrying out maintenance and repair work
• Active participation in the operational area of maintenance and technology
• Participation in optimization and investment projects in production
• Leading and further developing technology and maintenance teams
• Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, and external service providers
• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Active shaping of the strategic development of the technical infrastructure
• Gradual assumption of leadership and organizational tasks with a perspective to lead the technology department

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training (e.g., mechanic, automation technician, electromechanic, or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in technology or maintenance of a production company
• Operational experience with production and industrial plants
• Leadership experience or experience in coordinating teams
• Further training in the technical field (e.g., technician HF, master craftsman, or comparable) is an advantage
• Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
• Assertiveness as well as team and communication skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
