Your profile:
You have completed a technical or manual vocational training and bring corresponding experience
You are ready to face new challenges and have already worked in a three-shift system or are open to it
You are enthusiastic about large plants and find it exciting to see them in action
High commitment and dedication characterize you, both for your own tasks and for your team
You enjoy communicating and appreciate exchanging with others
Interest in digitalization as well as joy in discovering and contributing new things complete your profile
Your field of activity:
You carry out production work properly and professionally, including maintenance and cleaning of the assigned plants, complying with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards
Smooth shift handover by passing on relevant information, events, and disruptions using the provided tools
You work constructively with maintenance, production, quality management, and other departments
Support and active participation during downtimes and revisions
You check plants and equipment for compliance with specified parameters such as temperature and pressure
Work in a hot environment with special technology such as high-pressure pumps
