Your main tasks

• Operating the counter and telephone as well as mail distribution for the areas of social insurance, social counseling, and professional guardianship
• Providing information about AHV, IV, supplementary benefits, KVG, and social assistance
• Initial review of applications for social insurance benefits
• Receiving and reviewing applications for social assistance
• General administrative tasks

What you bring

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
• Experience in social insurance or social assistance desired
• Independent and responsible working style
• Flawless oral and written expression
• Enjoyment of direct and telephone customer contact
• Willingness to provide holiday cover for about 12 weeks per year (100% presence)
