To strengthen our Care team at the Beaulieu Residence in Sierre, we are looking, from April 1st, for a

CRS Health Assistant

at 80%

Your main tasks:

you supervise and assist residents with daily life activities
you collaborate in the development and implementation of support projects for residents and their relatives
you create a warm and supportive environment for the well-being of residents
you contribute to the smooth running of the service and the team

Your profile:

you have completed training as a Red Cross health assistant or an equivalent qualification
you have proven experience in a nursing home or a similar structure
you have a clear interest in elderly people
you have great adaptability and are able to work within a multidisciplinary team
you are service-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
you have a good command of French (spoken and written)
