Your area of responsibility
- You develop and are responsible, in close cooperation with the Managing Director Direct Sales, for a supraregional service strategy to achieve growth targets
- You actively maintain and develop sustainable relationships with local property managers and other relevant partners in collaboration with your Service Region Managers, thereby strengthening regional market presence and the successful implementation of the supraregional service strategy
- You define KPIs and strategic initiatives and manage their implementation to increase growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- You ensure excellent service performance and build sustainable, long-term customer relationships
- Continuous optimization of service processes to increase efficiency and quality is part of your responsibility
- You recruit, lead, and develop your employees according to Griesser's leadership principles
- As a member of the direct sales management team, you actively contribute to the strategic development and achievement of overarching company goals

What you bring
- Several years of experience in a senior service and sales role, ideally in a supraregional environment
- Several years of leadership experience with proven success in employee development
- Clear, motivating leadership personality with strong implementation skills
- Good business understanding with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and customer orientation
- Confident handling of change and improvement processes
- High affinity for IT tools as well as experience in using and further developing digital processes to increase efficiency and quality
- Strong result and solution orientation as well as decisiveness
- Structured, independent, and resilient working style
- Very good German skills, additional languages such as French or Italian are an advantage
- Willingness to travel supraregionally within Switzerland
