What you can achieve
- Planning, calculating, and designing supply engineering systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary
- Planning, construction management, and supervision of services
- Determining operationally relevant data such as energy demand, creating specifications, and calculating costs
- Timely and design-compliant execution, acceptance of system installations
- Consulting on possible energy savings
Your competencies are
- A solid completed training as a master craftsman, technician, or a completed degree in a similar professional field
- Extensive knowledge in the trades of technical building equipment
- Ideally practical knowledge or good visual imagination for the implementation of construction measures
- CAD skills, 2D and 3D, preferably Revit and Linear
- Confident and professional appearance, reliability, sense of responsibility, and discretion
- Courage to make your own decisions in conjunction with personal responsibility and discipline
- Language skills: German level C2
