Department Manager Switchgear (m/f) 100%
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsibility for the entire operational service delivery in the switchgear area
- Preparation of key figures, final invoices, supplements as well as the monthly project post-calculation
- Technical and personnel management of the department
- Acquisition of new projects
- Responsibility for the schedule and cost targets of the projects
- Participation in inspections
- Conducting schedule negotiations with clients and general contractors
- Further development of existing processes
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed basic electrical training (automation technician, switchgear assembler, or similar)
- Further education at HF or FH level
- Several years of professional experience in a leading role as project or department manager
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong social and leadership skills
- Open and resilient personality
