Are you a strategic product leader who knows how to bring clarity, focus, and structure into complex environments? As Head ofProduct Management, you will lead Product Managersacrossour Card, TWINT and ATM Ecosystem. You willestablishconsistent standards, drive product direction, and ensure that our products and services evolve in a customer-centric, efficient, and scalable way. Working closely withClient & Business Development,IT,Payment Fraud & Dispute ServicesandOperationsyou will guide the organization from the current state into a high-performing target state.
What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a team of twelve Product Managers in Zurich and Warsaw, building a collaborative, consistent and high-performance way of working.
- Act as Product Owner within the agile operating model, guiding Product Managers in backlog ownership, prioritisation and structured decision‑making.
- Represent Product Management as member of the Cards, ATM & TWINT Management Committee and contribute a clear commercial and strategic perspective to cross‑functional decision‑making.
- Drive the product strategy and commercial performance across Cards, ATM and TWINT services.
- Establish product management standards, best practices, KPIs and governance processes, ensuring alignment across all product domains.
What You Bring
- Several years of leadership experience in a complex product environment, ideally within payments or other regulated industries.
- Strong background in product management and hands‑on experience with agile methods, especially in the Product Owner role.
- Solid commercial acumen, understanding of the Swiss payment ecosystem and the ability to translate market insights into sound strategic decisions.
- A collaborative and customer‑oriented mindset, with strong ownership, a self‑starter attitude and the ability to align experienced experts behind shared goals.
- Excellent English and German skills; French is an advantage.
