«Zäme witercho» - At the Schlossmatt center, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, our roof also houses a day center, a daycare center, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.Your tasks
- Quality documents: Ensuring and further developing the content and formal care of all relevant Q-documents in line with strategic goals. Conducting internal audits and initiating appropriate measures.
- Customer surveys: Responsibility for conducting, evaluating, and further developing customer surveys to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Management Review: Preparation, execution, and follow-up of the management review, including documentation of results and measures.
- Key figure cockpit and reporting: Responsibility for the key figure cockpit to monitor the most important performance indicators and report them to the relevant decision-makers.
- Internal control system: Ensuring the ongoing operation and further development of the Critical Incident Reporting System (CIRS) for early detection of risks and problems.
- Continuous Improvement Process (CIP): Steering and moderating the continuous improvement process to optimize workflows and improve quality. Training employees on topics in process and quality management and promoting a learning and improvement-oriented culture.
- Risk management: Responsibility for risk management, including coordination and verification of compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and data protection provisions in collaboration with various departments.
- Certification processes: Coordination and monitoring of certification processes in the ZSB as well as collaboration with external auditors.
You bring with you
- Degree from a higher technical school, university of applied sciences, or university with a postgraduate diploma (NDS) in Quality Management as well as additional training in project management
- Professional experience and solid knowledge in quality and process management, ideally in healthcare
- Strong IT affinity (experience with process management tools, data management, etc.) and proficient in using Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented working style
- Communicative, flexible personality with joy in interdisciplinary collaboration and change processes
