Your tasks
- Support and maintenance of working time management in our digital planning and time recording systems
- Checking, recording, and approval of working and absence times
- Support for managers with questions about duty rosters, working time models, and collective agreements
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (Working Hours Act, collective agreements)
- Participation in projects to optimize working time processes
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in working time management, personnel administration, or time recording desirable
- Knowledge of LOGA / Polypoint PEP desirable
- Strong communication skills, service orientation, and a structured way of working
