The Adrian Michel Group is an innovative manufacturing company in the metal industry with a dedicated team of qualified specialists at the locations Schmiedrued, Rümlingen, and Grellingen.
For our customers from the medical, watchmaking, electrical engineering, and household industries, we manufacture complex stamping and forming tools. We are competent from prototype construction through series production of stamped parts and assemblies to machining.

Production Team Member (100%)
Your tasks
- Support of production management in planning, controlling, and monitoring manufacturing processes
- Deadline tracking and coordination of production orders
- Participation in the optimization of production workflows and processes
- Monitoring quality standards and supporting documentation
- Participation in personnel deployment planning
- Support in compliance with occupational safety regulations
- Productive participation in daily manufacturing operations
- Interface function
Your profile
- Completed technical vocational training with EFZ
- Professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally with sheet metal and stamping experience
- Willingness to take on substitute tasks after training
- Awareness of safety, quality, and environmental issues
- Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
- Interest in further development towards production administration
- Experience with ERP systems advantageous, SAP preferred
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
