We are looking for a shift manager who pitches in, keeps an overview, and inspires our guests just as much as the team. You lead with heart, clarity, and trust – and are both a role model and support in everyday life.
Your tasks
- You keep an overview of daily operations and ensure that processes run smoothly
- You plan the shifts and lead the team in daily operations
- You keep an eye on quality, orders & presentation – from the plate to the atmosphere
- You warmly and solution-orientedly take care of guests
- You support management with administrative, personnel, and organizational matters
- You reliably implement internal guidelines and Hiltl standards and ensure they are lived
Your backpack (or suitcase, depending on your travel luggage)
- A completed training in gastronomy or a comparable service profession – plus several years of experience in guest service
- First leadership experience and joy in motivating a team – you like taking responsibility
- You are a host by conviction: friendly, attentive, and service-oriented
- Further training such as barista or cocktail training is a plus but not a must.
- Very good German and English skills (at least B2/C1)
- Flexible working hours suit you (early/late shifts, no room hours)
- Organizational talent, resilience, and an independent working style – you stay calm even when it’s busy
