DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE
- Application of SIGNAVIO to manage and support process optimization
- Design and model current procedures, processes, process landscapes, and process profiles.
- Assist in standardizing templates and processes into the new system
- Manage and optimize management documents in SharePoint and SIGNAVIO
- Support in introducing new tools
- Assists with the activities of the QEHS&S and SCM departments
DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN
- Academic background (completed training) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Exposure to process mapping or workflow analysis in academic projects or internships- Knowledge and experience in process modeling and optimization and familiarity with tools like Camunda Modeler, Signavio, Bizagi, Visio, or others.
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (a plus).
- Fluent in speaking and writing German and English (both levels B2↔C1).
- Teamwork, strong communication skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Ability to interpret process data and identify inefficiencies.
