The fsa achieves this goal by informing and advocating their interests to the public, advising and raising awareness, as well as promoting innovative technologies.
For September 1, 2026, we are looking for a
Communication and Writing Specialist 60% - 80% (m/f/d) Romandie
Your workplace is located in the city of Lausanne, with the possibility to work occasionally at the Bern office and remotely.
You will complete a team of four people and actively contribute to shaping the federation's image.
Your tasks
- Responsible for the French edition of our magazine "Clin d’œil": planning themes, editorial planning, coordinating production and layout, in close collaboration with the editor-in-chief of the German edition
- Composing, writing, and translating articles, interviews, reports, and specialized contributions in French
- Developing content orientation (editorial line) and storytelling for French-speaking Switzerland
- Planning and implementing communication measures tailored to target groups (online and offline)
- Collaborating on writing newsletters, press releases, and web content in French
- Creating content for digital channels (website, social media, possibly video/multimedia)
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of all French content
- Supporting the federation's campaigns, projects, and events
Your profile
- Initial or continuing education in communication, journalism, media studies, or equivalent training
- Native French speaker with very good written and spoken German skills (meetings with the editorial team are conducted in German)
- Several years of experience in corporate or association communication and writing
- Strong editorial sense, confident style, and writing adapted to the audience
- Experience in producing printed publications (editorial planning, coordination, production process)
- Digital skills (CMS, newsletter tools, social media, ideally basic knowledge of SEO and video or image editing)
- Independent, structured, and reliable working method
- Organizational skills, team spirit, and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
- Affinity for issues related to visual impairment, accessibility, and inclusion
