Your tasks:

• Corporate Identity & Branding: You develop, maintain, and strengthen our brand identity, from visual appearance to tone of voice, ensuring a consistent, modern brand presence across all channels
• Content Creation: You bring ideas to life with exciting texts, captivating videos, and strong visuals that inspire our target groups.
• Internal & External Communication: You ensure clear, inspiring communication, whether internally to our teams or externally to customers, partners, and media
• Sales Support: You support our sales team with convincing presentations, sales documents, and marketing materials that turn leads into customers.
• Inbound Marketing: You develop and optimize strategies for lead generation, customer retention, and pipeline building, data-driven, creative, and goal-oriented
• Event Management: You passionately plan and execute our internal and external events, trade fairs, and customer events, from concept to inspiring experience
• Campaign Management: You design, manage, and analyze marketing campaigns, online and offline, and bring creative ideas to measurable success
• Employer Branding: Together with HR, you position UPGREAT as an attractive employer and make our corporate culture visible, authentic, and likeable

Your experience:

• You have a completed degree or comparable training in marketing, communication, or business administration, and bring
• at least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in the B2B environment.
• You are proficient in branding, CI/CD, event management, and digital marketing and know how to sustainably strengthen a brand
• You are well versed in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CMS, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and social media platforms, and use them purposefully for effective communication
• You are familiar with KPIs, marketing controlling, Google Analytics, and HubSpot reporting
• You have a keen sense for trends (especially in the IT industry), think conceptually, and always find the right tone for every target group.
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, and always keep an overview even with multiple projects
• You communicate confidently in German (spoken & written), English skills are a plus
