Your tasks
Independent work at one or more stations
Mise en place work for various caterings and fair restaurants
Ensuring a consistently clean and organized workplace
Compliance with regulations regarding hygiene, quality, and occupational safety
Adherence to quality and hygiene standards
Assistance with ordering and inventory management as well as regular inventories
Your profile
Completed training as a cook EFZ
Professional experience as a junior cook or chef de partie
You cook creatively and master the craft perfectly
You are a team player and enjoy working in a team
You are flexible and reliable and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
