Dispatcher and Project Coordinator in the Industrial Doors Service, 80 – 100%
in Stettlen or Gland
Do you like to keep an overview, manage processes, and successfully complete projects? Then you are in the right place! We are looking for a motivated person who will fully utilize their skills in a varied role as dispatcher and project coordinator. This versatile position allows you to take on a central role in organization and management.
Project planning and execution:
- You take administrative responsibility for the processing of orders up to their invoicing, as well as for the smooth running of daily activities.
- You coordinate locksmiths and external partners as well as the necessary materials.
- You contribute to warehouse management for the industrial doors service in Switzerland.
Project support:
- You plan, coordinate, and supervise ongoing projects.
Purchasing:
- You enjoy researching and purchasing spare parts and services.
- You are responsible for quality control of services and supplied spare parts, as well as invoice verification and re-evaluation.
- Completed initial training with a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the craft or commercial sector.
- If your initial training is in the craft sector, you are willing to pursue further training in the commercial sector.
- Your mental visualization skills allow you to easily read and interpret civil engineering plans.
- Experience in the field of automatic doors or gates is desirable.
- You live between Bern and Geneva.
- Your native language is German or French, and you have good oral and written knowledge of the other national language. This requirement is mandatory for this position.
- You enjoy organizing, work independently, are customer- and solution-oriented, and appreciate simple and open collaboration.
