As an intern (minimum duration 6 months) in the Operational Excellence department, you are part of a small team responsible for project and process management at the Stiftung Gesundheitsförderung Bad Zurzach + Baden.
This position offers you a diverse and exciting insight into a dynamic corporate group. You can expect flat hierarchies, a varied range of tasks, and attractive employment conditions.
Your tasks
Process Management
- You support the team in recording and visualizing processes
- You assist in developing and implementing optimization measures considering best practices and industry standards
Projects
- You accompany and support project teams with organizational and content-related tasks and are directly assigned to the respective project managers.
- You take over and are responsible for individual sub-areas within the projects
Administrative Activities
- You collect, structure, and prepare internal and external information, especially on strategic and operational issues.
- You contribute to the creation of concepts, decision-making bases, and visualizations
What we expect from you
- Experience / Education: You are about to start your studies, are currently studying, or have recently completed your studies – preferably in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or related fields
- IT Skills: You are very proficient in using MS Office programs
- Your Personality: You have a goal-oriented, reliable, and flexible nature; you approach new topics with a high willingness to learn and perform as well as initiative
- Languages: You have excellent German skills
