Do you see yourself as an IT service provider? Then you are exactly right with us. In this role, you act as a central support for our operations and deal with a wide range of IT requests in depth to ensure a smooth digital everyday life.
Your tasks:
- 1st & 2nd level support for operations and back office
- Receiving, prioritizing and processing incidents & service requests (ticketing system)
- Support of the 13 locations with hardware, software and network problems (telephony, PC, cash registers, network)
- Provision & configuration of workstations (Windows, M365, Teams, Intune, Active Directory, Exchange Online)
- User support in the area of business applications (Office, Dynamics BC)
- Management of end devices and peripherals
- On-/offboarding of employees
- Creating and maintaining instructions and knowledge base
- Support with smaller projects (rollouts, updates, device changes, etc.)
Your profile:
- Completed IT training or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support (1st or 2nd level)
Good knowledge of:
- Windows 11 / Microsoft 365 / Teams
- Azure / Entra / Active Directory
- Exchange Online / Intune (advantageous)
- Structured, service-oriented way of working
- Friendly demeanor, enjoyment of user support
- German, English, French advantageous
- Willingness to work at several locations
