To strengthen our team in the field of Beauty, we are looking for a* motivated* and committed* person as a Hairdresser, 90%. starting from 01.09.2025, for a permanent contract, at the site of Lausanne.
Your responsibilities
- You perform trendy haircuts and hairstyles with precision and creativity.
- You advise your clients on their hairstyle and maintenance choices, offering them tailored solutions.
- You provide an impeccable customer experience, from the welcome to the end of the service.
- You keep your workspace clean and organized, adhering to hygiene standards.
- You participate in stock management and the supply of necessary products.
- You build customer loyalty by creating a relationship of trust.
- You propose new ideas to animate the salon and keep up with the latest hairdressing trends.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed a basic training as a hairdresser.
- You have a passion for hairdressing and new trends.
- You know how to listen and advise your clients professionally.
- You are creative, meticulous, and have a great attention to detail.
- You have a neat appearance and enjoy working in a team.
- You are autonomous, organized, and manage your time effectively.
- You have some experience as a hairdresser.
