Key Account Manager Meat Specialist Consulting
For the development of our meat sales team, we are looking for a customer-oriented and team-capable personality who enjoys actively shaping their area and taking on responsibility. Now you have the chance to co-write the success story of our company.
Your tasks
- Maintenance, support, and targeted expansion of the meat/fish assortment of existing major customers in cooperation with the Key Account Management Bakery and Gastronomy (B&G)
- Acquisition of potential new customers with meat and fish in cooperation with the Key Account Management B&G
- Co-development and implementation of marketing activities and individual promotions
- Analytical activities aimed at building and expanding customer relationships
- Management of sales statistics and key figures
- Indirect leadership, involving meat sales consultants and internal sales to develop customers
- Active participation in project setup and implementation
- Networking within the industry (suppliers and customers)
- Sale of budgeted quantities at specified prices and margins
- Systematic and solution-oriented complaint handling
- Assistance in creating new articles and implementing advertising measures
- Preparation of customer-specific analyses and derivation of corresponding measures to achieve sales targets
- Participation in trade fairs, events, and activities as well as actively contributing market events at Pistor
Your profile
- Meat specialist or trained cook
- Sales personality with appropriate further training in Key Account Management, business administration, or marketing
- Proven experience in a similar role, mostly in the meat industry
- Ambitious personality with a winning and convincing appearance
- High level of customer orientation with a solution- and success-oriented working style
- Analytical skills and strong negotiation skills
- Advanced user knowledge in Office 365, as well as very good user knowledge in Excel
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Excellent communication skills in German, French is an advantage
