Psychotherapist at 20%
Your mission
As a health professional, you will work within a team of specialists at our metabolic center and obesity surgery (CEMCO) in Estavayer-le-Lac. This center of high clinical expertise offers a multidisciplinary approach to the care of people suffering from overweight or metabolic disorders. We also provide full care for patients undergoing obesity surgery (bypass, sleeve gastrectomy). The team informs, prepares, and follows patients throughout their journey while surgical interventions are performed by the HIB surgery department in Payerne. It is in this comprehensive patient care process that you will be called to work alongside specialists in nutrition, eating behavior, and physical activities.
The psychotherapist applies the therapeutic care policy to ensure optimal patient care within the framework of the institution's mission and values. They are a professional in human behavior, personality, and interprofessional relationships. Due to their skills, they will supervise services and coordinate administrative and billing acts.
Your strengths
• Hold a university master’s degree in psychology
• Completed a specialization in psychotherapy
• Clinical experience with patients enrolled in a bariatric pathway and/or in the care of people suffering from overweight, obesity, and/or eating behavior disorders is an asset
• Ability to conduct information and therapeutic education courses
• Ability to synthesize and present complex situations in interdisciplinary meetings
• Demonstrate autonomy quickly and good organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and integrate within a multidisciplinary team
