The System & Services department is responsible for the operational management of the Asset Management platform, on which over 300 billion Swiss francs are now managed.
In your role, you are in constant exchange with portfolio managers and the respective product specialists and regularly have contact with the custodian bank and external data providers. The proximity to our developers also gives you the opportunity to promptly implement your ideas regarding the further development of the platform.

Your tasks
- Creation and control of monthly customer and ESG reports
- Validation of monthly performance figures at both portfolio and benchmark levels
- Preparation of billing for management and performance fees for customers of our Asset Management
- Monitoring the performance figures of in-house products
- Recording customer portfolios on our Asset Management platform
- Specification and definition of improvement proposals for the further development of our Asset Management systems and processes
Your profile
- Initial experience in the investment environment, preferably in Asset Management
- Knowledge of various investment instruments including their processing is an advantage
- Ongoing education in business administration, finance, or business informatics (university, university of applied sciences, college)
- Independent and goal-oriented working style with an eye for detail
- Technical flair, especially very good knowledge of Excel
- Very good German and good English skills
