Your tasks and our desired profileYour tasks
- Regular inspection and maintenance of buildings, workshops, sales and office rooms
- Carrying out minor repairs (e.g. doors, locks, furniture, lighting, sanitary facilities) independently
- Monitoring and supervision of building services (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water, electricity, fire alarm system)
- Responsible for orderliness inside and outside the flagship store
- Assistance with internal and external events (setup and dismantling, provision of furniture, technical support)
- Responsibility for administration, maintenance and proper storage of special tools
- Etc.
Our desired profile
- Completed vocational training (e.g. certified electrician, certified sanitary installer, etc.)
- Several years of experience in facility management
- Strong manual skills
- Service-oriented and pragmatic approach
- Fluent in German, experienced with MS Office
- Reliable, solution-oriented and flexible personality
- Driver's license category B
