Activities
- Technical and personnel management of the production team
- Ensuring a smooth production process while meeting deadlines, quality standards, and occupational safety
- Planning and optimizing production processes and manufacturing workflows to increase efficiency
- Coordination with AVOR, purchasing, as well as the project and assembly team
Requirements
- Completed training as a carpenter, ideally with further training as a foreman, production manager, or HF technician
- Several years of experience in production, ideally in kitchen or interior construction
- Leadership experience and skill in dealing with people
