Market Access Risk & Compliance Manager

You will be expected to provide support and advice on market access topics, mainly on market coverage aspects and on cross-border (XB) rules, to manage risks connected with these areas for the business line and ensure that PWM operates in compliance with regulations and laws in force.

Your role

• Provide support and expertise for the maintenance of the XB infrastructure (digital integration of XB matters into internal workflows, IT systems & application).


• Contribute to the delivery of an appropriate and timely training on XB rules to the Front Office.


• Manage XB travel aspects related to client visits/interactions made by the Front Office.


• Supervise and enhance the control environment effectiveness on market coverage and XB risks.


• Conduct analysis and generate reports and key indicators on market coverage and XB risk exposures while designing and maintaining Tableau dashboards.


• Support with audit enquiries and recommendations related to market coverage and XB matters.


• Prepare XB committees’ agendas, maintenance of action logs and drafting of committee minutes.


• Participate in the global maintenance of the business line set of XB rules (reviews, analysis, discussions with and communications to the Front Office).


• Act as a market coverage and XB expert contact for the Front Office, providing guidance on the interpretation of the market coverage policy and of XB country manuals.

Your profile

• University degree in Business, Law or equivalent.


• At least five years’ experience in finance and risk management. 


• Good knowledge of market coverage and cross-border regulations and risks. 


• Excellent command of French and English (both written and spoken).


• Expert user of Microsoft Office.


• Analytical and problem-solving mindset and ability to propose new ways of working-


• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data sets and effectively compile, track and interpret KPIs and key business metrics.


• Knowledge in API requests, Tableau, SQL, Python and tools like dbt and Prefect is considered a plus.


• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to work well both independently, in a team and with a broad set of stakeholders.


• Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.


• Must be resident in Switzerland.
