Our team of doctors and treatment staff is well networked and coordinates individual patient care by better aligning the individual treatment steps. This allows us to offer prevention and health promotion as well as outpatient therapies.

Job Description

• Friendly patient reception and professional patient care
• Coordinate patient triage using an electronic agenda
• Maintain electronic patient records
• Therapeutic and diagnostic measures (recording vital signs, blood sampling, laboratory analyses, injections, lung function tests, ECG, X-rays, dressing changes)
• Assist with minor surgical procedures and punctures
• Organize external examinations
• Complete service recording and billing
• Procurement and inventory management (medications and consumables)
• Insertion of peripheral venous catheters (PVC) and intravenous administration of medications

Qualifications

• You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ.
• You have at least two years of professional experience in the field.
• Additional training as a Medical Practice Coordinator is an advantage.
• You are very familiar with medical terminology.
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with KIS or PIS software is an advantage.
• You work independently, reliably, and with a high quality standard.
• Resilience, initiative, and an independent working style characterize you.
• You are a team player and service-oriented.
• Empathy in dealing with patients is a matter of course for you.
• You bring organizational skills and networked thinking.
• Your problem-solving ability is an advantage.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• French and English skills are an advantage.
