reha at home AG is an innovative subsidiary of Knecht Holding AG. This is what you do:
- Plan the assignments of our employees
- Operate the telephone switchboard and reception
- Support accounts receivable management
- Onboarding / offboarding of employees and clients
- Various other administrative tasks (email correspondence, materials management, etc.)
- Willingness to take on telephone on-call duty once every two months
- Participation and active involvement in process development for the administration area
This is what you bring:
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ
- Nursing background e.g. MPA, FaGe or professional experience in a Spitex
- Digital affinity and very good IT skills (MS Office, Perigon is an advantage)
- A warm, benevolent, and humorous basic attitude
- Coordination talent and enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
