This is what you do:

Plan the assignments of our employees
Operate the telephone switchboard and reception
Support accounts receivable management
Onboarding / offboarding of employees and clients
Various other administrative tasks (email correspondence, materials management, etc.)
Willingness to take on telephone on-call duty once every two months
Participation and active involvement in process development for the administration area

This is what you bring:

Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ
Nursing background e.g. MPA, FaGe or professional experience in a Spitex
Digital affinity and very good IT skills (MS Office, Perigon is an advantage)
A warm, benevolent, and humorous basic attitude
Coordination talent and enjoyment of diverse challenges
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
