Health & Safety Administrative Assistant - Fixed-term Contract (a)

Your tasks:
- Electronic archiving of documents and updating various databases
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Participating in sessions and taking minutes
- Organizing training and workshops, booking rooms and refreshments
- Organizing various events
- Preparing training and communication materials
- Training new employees
- Writing presentations, documents, and various correspondence
- Handling various administrative tasks inherent to the role
- Answering phones, analyzing and forwarding requests to the department manager
- Multiple orders for the office and employees
Your profile:
- Graduated from a commercial training, CFC commercial employee or equivalent
- Continuing education in the administrative field
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar position in the service sector
- Fluency in French, read, spoken and written (minimum C1 level)
- Excellent skills in using common IT tools (MS Office)
- Ease in contacts and strong customer orientation
- Communicative and open personality
- Attention to detail and service orientation
