Job Description
As part of an internship at Clinique Générale-Beaulieu (Geneva), you will assist the Head of International Medical Coordination in managing patients coming from abroad.
Your main tasks:
- Assist the head of international medical coordination in managing requests from international patients and organizing their tailor-made medical stay.
- Welcome patients at the clinic and ensure personalized follow-up throughout their stay.
- Maintain good relations with the patient from arrival to departure, ensuring the transmission of medical reports.
- Manage certain administrative aspects related to the stay (billing, medical reports, payments).
- Update patient information in the internal CRM.
- Support development and acquisition actions for new international patients.
ATTENTION: Full-time internship, for a fixed period.
Ideally from November 1, 2025, to the end of January 2026, or from November 15 to the end of January 2026.
Qualifications
- Excellent organization and sense of responsibility.
- Ease with a demanding international clientele.
- Dynamic, proactive personality capable of adapting quickly.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with multiple departments.
- Perfect command of French and English; knowledge of Russian or Arabic is an asset.
- Comfort with computer tools (MS Office).
