Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company offering private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as placing specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

Responsibilities

- Leading a team of around 16 employees and 4 trainees
- Promoting, motivating, and retaining your employees
- Creating and controlling the deployment planning (PEP)
- Documentation in easyDOK and BESA surveys
- Taking over daily responsibility (mostly early shifts)
- Participating in nursing as well as maintaining contact with relatives, doctors, and partners

Requirements Profile

- Training in nursing (HF, FH or SRK-recognized diploma)
- Experience in long-term care, ideally with leadership experience
- Open, appreciative, and communicative with assertiveness
- Enjoyment of change and accompanying a motivated team
