At the locations Bern, Zurich or Basel, we are looking for an independent personality with a can-do attitude for the ELCA Advisory Team to continue driving our successful growth.
Your Role
Are you eager to advance software testing at ELCA or our customers together with us? Do you have solid knowledge and experience in test management in classical and agile projects? Then help us bring digital projects to success and strengthen Switzerland's digital competence.
The following tasks will excite you:
- Creating test strategies, test concepts, test plans, and test processes
- Communicating with stakeholders regarding all test topics
- Supporting and coordinating testers concerning test case creation, test execution, and test resources
- Creating test-specific status and final reports
- Supporting the acceptance process
- Advising customers in developing test strategies and test organizations

Your Profile
- Technical degree from a university UNI/ETH/FH/HF, preferably in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or natural sciences
- At least 3 years of practical experience as a test manager and tester in large projects, as well as test management experience in agile projects
- Certification as ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager is an advantage
- Experience as a Business Analyst is an advantage
- Strong social skills and the ability to collaborate constructively in teams and with various stakeholders
- Very good planning, coordination, and communication skills
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop in a dynamic environment
- Interest and initiative for the further development of the ELCA Advisory Team and the expansion of ELCA's service offerings
- Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site at our customers
