- You take on the professional support and processing mainly by phone for all inquiries regarding supplementary health insurance as well as the basic insurance switching service
- You also handle support via non-voice channels such as email or chat for inquiries about supplementary health insurance as well as the basic insurance switching service
- You are responsible for customer data mutations including individual solution finding for various collection inquiries
- You ensure support for the MyAXA customer portal and the switching service platform and help our customers make optimal use of the available functions
- You actively contribute to the team, promote knowledge exchange, and always keep the needs of our customers at the center

- Very good oral and written language skills in German and at least one other national language (French or Italian)
- Enjoyment of customer contact, helpfulness, and empathy with the goal of offering every customer the best possible solution

- You have motivation and drive to take responsibility in an agile team, work independently, and advance customer-oriented solutions
