Your Tasks
- You strengthen our team in the implementation and further development of a new offer for people with challenging behaviors in crisis situations. On weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., you accompany clients in the canton of Baselland both in inpatient and outpatient living as well as during inpatient psychiatric hospital stays
- You ensure the socio-pedagogically oriented support and assistance of adults with complex disabilities and help to relieve the environment
- You support us in developing new concepts for participation as well as at the interface between psychiatry and disability assistance
- You take over case management and make independent decisions
Your Profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy FH/HF
- Team player qualities, but also enthusiasm for independent work
- Interest in varied work with development and design potential
- Interest in people with challenging behaviors and accordingly extensive experience
- A working style characterized by resource orientation and resilience
- Openness to new situations and a holistic view
